M&M started their relationship in Denver, CO, where they met through Craigslist.org. They were both looking for climbing partners, but each ended up finding a life partner. They were married 3 July, 2007.
Today, they live in Vista, CA – north San Diego county. MMommy (code named used for professional reasons) is co-owner of a mental-health therapy practice focussed on treating eating disorders through Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). Matt serves as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, aboard Camp Pendleton.
