19 Feb, 2004...
Today, I was approved for my loan through C.H. Mortgage, and I picked up the Contract and Condominium Association Documents - apparently known as the CC & R's. The documentation is in book 1.75" thick. I'm supposed to read through it to find any objectionable rules or regulations. At this point, the only complaint I have is the way they chose to encase my deck.
The pictures below show the progress on the building, but they also show how the railing for the deck is designed. The first picture shows an end unit with a completed deck railing. The next picture shows my deck's railing framed. Now, why would that bother me? It bothers me because that will all but eliminate my view of the mountains while seated in my living room.
On the south side of my buiding, they are putting in driveways and placing large mounds of dirt and debris in front of my garage. I don't know why the mound is blocking my doorway.
