I was a total wanker about posting these pics, apologies to all. The pictures are from 24 April, but I've been a little busy. I'm actually posting these on my first day as a first time home OWNER. Today, April 29, I closed on the place and I am no longer a first time home BUYER.

South Face: The garage has been painted, the door has not been painted in the pic - but was painted for my orientation - and the landscaping is now a bit more complete.	Landscaping: Here's a look at the place about a week before I move in.

Lutz Fields: This view shows the new 'lake' and the recently renovated Lutz Soccer Complex. Check out that green grass. Ok, set your timers. I give that grass 2 months before it's fried.
